This is a custom "client portals" section that can be handled in one of two ways. The first way is by just duplicating the client portals as you need them. Since the images are technically streaming in from PASS, it shouldn't add a ton of weight and cause your main site to load slowly.
However, the way I reccommend is to style the client portal along with the main site, then export that style group and create a +Site for that to live in. I've even supplied a matching +Site style group if you'd like to run the client portals that way instead.
